Chef Kumar Mahadevan teams up with Chef Praveen Anand, Executive Chef Park Sheraton, Chennai, INDIA, to be your guides on this culinary journey through this spice trail across southern India. Enjoy a marriage of traditional recipes and modern innovation at the ABHI’s Showcase Dinners for the SIFF.

Chef Praveen is renowned for his passion for old authentic recipes from the rural parts of India. He has collected recipes that would have otherwise been lost to history. Get to taste, never before served dishes, from recipes discovered by Chef Praveen.
